Forge Fit is a workout system and training center located in Indianapolis, IN. Our programs and diet plans – developed by owner and fitness instructor Marcia Erne – are designed to help you feel great, sweat hard, and work towards the best version of “You.”
Forging is the process of taking heat and energy to create something new. It also means moving forward towards a lofty goal. Our workout and group classes are designed to get you up, active, eating right and feeling ready for anything.

Our strategy is simple: We build a partnership with you to help develop and meet short term goals. Every time you knock out a goal, we’ll strive towards a new one. Your progress is the #1 measure of success.
There are no excuses allowed at Forge Fit- it takes tons of work to forge a new “You.” We’ll work with you to overcome any barriers to working out and eating right. Can’t find time for even a small workout? Chances are we can find 30 minutes in your daily routine to go for a run and focus on a quick progress goal. We’re here to help you find it.
Marcia Erne – Owner & Personal Trainer
Marcia is the owner and creator of the Forge Fit center and system of workouts. After struggling with yo-yo diets and multiple exercise plans for years, she started working with a personal trainer and lost over 40 pounds.
Now, more than 10 years later, Marcia is a full-time fitness instructor, specializing in athletic training and martial arts fitness. She runs group classes at the Forge Fit center and designs custom exercise and diet plans for private clients. And yes, she still eats the occasional piece of chocolate!
